• We accept referrals for patients of all ages.

• The "no show" poorly affects our ability to serve our patients, so please help us achieve zero "no shows" in our clinic. A $50.00 "no show" fee applies if no notification was given 24 hours in advance.

• Coming late to the clinic may lead to the cancellation of your appointment because it will affect all of the other booked appointments for the rest of the day.

• Always remember to bring a valid health card with you (Ontario clients).

• Quebec and non-insured clients are welcomed with reasonable service fees.
